8/25: Met with Thistle:
Talked about the hiring process of an engineer, property manager, and attorney. All three must be approved by ROC-USA and Thistle. The board needs to interview 3 to 5 for each to properly evaluate cost and availability.

Membership updates:
The board needs to collect more joining agreements and income surveys for loans as well as demonstration of the need for affordable housing.
9/8: Met with Thistle:
Committee members for rules and bylaws were sent Thistle’s documents to review current park rules with Thistle’s documents.
Board members updated Thistle on interviews for property manager, attorney, and Engineer.
SB grant application was discussed to help cover costs of engineer.
Offer submitted to owner.

Board voted in Engineering- WSB (property conditions and environmental) and ATLA- (surveying) Utility locating confirmed availability, reviewed quotes, and capital improvement plan
Contracts sent to attorney
Voted to adopt the Procurement,Conflict of Interest,and Board Code of Ethics, policies as written by Thistle, pending ROC USA and attorney review.
The community will need to also vote in polices, rules and bylaws

Board discussed and voted on membership fee to be included in by laws (all members of the community will also vote on bylaws and rules and regulation for adoption.)
notice was made to alert the park about engineers working on property on 11/11 @ 8:00 a.m.
11/24: Board discussed DOLA application, Thistle updated board on engineering report, board discussed park Application Procedures and Credit Report Policy
12/8: Thistle and board discussed updates for DOLA application and progress. Thistle had the board review By laws, Rules and Regulations as well as park policies packets for printing for the members of the community. These packets will be distributed on 12/17 at The Grange at 5:30, so the community has time to review the packet for voting in January.
12/15: Thistle and Board discussed DOLA progress, other progress on additional funding options, engineer report update, and By laws, Rules and Regulations and policies packets were printed and pick up for meeting at The Grange on 12/17.
12/17: Please attend the meeting at The Grange to get your community packet! The board will also announce the new property manager company and answer questions. We look forward to seeing you there and we are excited to share our progress! The board is working diligently to make our lot rent as affordable as possible. Please attend the January 11th, 2026 meeting at The Grange from 2:00-4:00 to vote on packet contents, meet the property manager, and to get an update on financing . We need 80% attendance.
1/11: Community meeting at The Grange: The community voted to approve the Rules and Regulations and Bylaws upon park purchase!
1/14: The board discussed the post purchase contract for property management, discussed inspection objection, and discussed absentee ballot process.
1/20: The board will meet with the property management company to review the post purchase contract.
1/29: IMPORTANT MEETING: We will review the final financial package and the community will vote to keep the park contract moving forward. We need 100% attendance! Your vote counts! The meeting will be held at The Grange at 5:30-7:30. Please attend to secure resident ownership of our community! Please review your informational packets delivered on 1/11 and 1/17. Please join us for this potluck dinner. Drinks will be provided. Please bring something if you can. If not, that's okay too! Your attendance is most important!
